The system water pressure is insufficient for safe operation. The most common easily-fixable Vokera fault.
Step-by-Step Fix Guide

Step 1
Locate the filling loop and slowly open both valves

Step 2
Watch the pressure gauge and top up to 1.0–1.5 bar

Close the filling loop valves

Step 4
Move the mode selector to OFF then back to heating to reset

Step 5
If pressure drops again within days, contact a Gas Safe engineer to check for leaks
