Step-by-Step Fix Guide

Step 1
DO NOT press reset again

Step 2
Turn the boiler off at the fuse spur or isolator switch

Step 3
Wait at least 2 minutes

Step 4
Turn the power back on

Step 5
If the boiler locks out again immediately, call a Gas Safe engineer — the root cause must be found
