The boiler has overheated and locked out. Caused by pump or flow problems, blocked heat exchanger, air in system, or a faulty overheat thermostat.
Step-by-Step Fix Guide

Turn off the boiler and allow to cool for 30 minutes

Check system pressure and bleed radiators

Reset once

If fault returns, call a Gas Safe engineer to check the pump and heat exchanger
